Terms & Conditions

  • Each voucher can be used at any Crosstown location (excludes stockists).
  • Each voucher is sent as a QR unique to its recipient that they can show at the till in store to redeem.
  • Each voucher has an expiry of 1 year following last use.
  • Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to purchase more vouchers.
  • Vouchers are automatically emailed on purchase, however please allow up to 24 hours for receipt.
